Our goal is to help you keep your sensitive business information safe. This includes helping you comply with 201 CMR 17.00, the new Massachusetts data protection rules. These templates are designed to help you develop a sensible, written security plan for your organization. We will be adding to the template library over time, and we hope you will contribute your suggestions and new templates to the library. Once you have registered for access to the templates, we will call you with information about how to access the templates.

These regulations are quite new, having gone into effect on March 1, 2010. Along with everyone else, we are learning about the 201 CMR 17.00 regulations and thinking through their implications.
